Six Pack Abs - Why Do People Fail?

Six pack abs are hard to get at the best of times. Sure there are those who naturally seem to have one. It might be their jobs or their recreation but either way, they are doing something. I must admit that they annoyed me. They didn't work-out or do any exercise, their body naturally equipped them.

Too bad it didn't work out for me. But I have since learned that being a victim does nothing. I can complain all I want but in the end, it does nothing to help me to get six pack abs.

If I want six pack abs, then I have to go out and get them.

Why do people want a six pack?

Six pack abs say to everyone around you that you are disciplined, strong, sexy, and that you go for what you want. Who wouldn't want to be known as a person like that?

Why do so many people not have a six pack?

Of course, not every single person in the world wants six pack abs, but I'm quite sure that a lot of them do. I must say that I quite enjoy mine and the effect it has on those around me. But why don't people have a six pack like me? I don't think it's because they don't want them - most people would have a six pack if they thought they could. I think that the single, greatest reason why people don't have a six pack is laziness.

Yep, you heard correctly. It's not diet, it's not lifestyle, (although all those things are important), it is their choice to not take action. Anyone can read a book and find out all sorts of exercises to get six pack abs, but in the end, unless they take action, they have nothing.

I have a quote in front of me saying, "A quitter never wins and a winner never quits". That is so very appropriate to six pack abs. If you are a quitter, you will never have a six pack. But guess who gets to choose whether you are a quitter? YOU!

So Why Do People Fail?

People fail because they give up. People fail because they blame someone else. Do you want to be someone who succeeds? Then go for it. Go out and take action. Taking action is the greatest tip anyone can ever give you, and providing you follow it, you can have anything you want.

If you would take responsibility for yourself, if you would stop blaming your flab on external variables, if you would say, "It is my choice and my fault if I am fat, unhealthy and ugly". Sorry to be rude, but it's the only way. Something has to move you to action. I want you to have what you want and I am trying to motivate you to take it. You are the only obstacle in the way of you have sexy six pack abs.

If you have decided to take action and responsibility for your life, I congratulate you. The next step is directions and I have them. If you have decided to take action and claim your six pack abs, please visit: http://www.hubreviews.info/abstruth.html for a killer workout.

Easy Back Workouts That Work Your Back and Abs

Want an easy way to workout your back and abs? Here are the best back workouts that work your body, yet are easy to do.

Easy Back Workouts

One of the easiest back workouts you can do is also very good for your back and abs. This will help you strengthen your back and help you improve posture. Here's how you do it.

Get on your hands and knees on an exercise mat. Look straight ahead, and align your back so that your spine is pointing like an arrow behind you.

What you want to do is allow your pelvis to drop toward the floor. Tightening up your abs will help you work them very well while you're doing these strengthening back workouts.

Don't push your pelvis, just allow it to drop. Your butt will be pointing out more, and your chest will be extended. Then you will lift your pelvis back up.

Keep your abs tightened and hold this position for five seconds. Then you will allow your pelvis to drop again. Repeat this exercise up to 15 times.

Start out with what feels comfortable for you. You can then work up to 15 repetitions. This is one of the easiest back workouts you can do, and it's low impact and will not damage your back.

This is a great way to learn how to have good posture. A great tip for posture is to point the bottom of your sternum and your tail bone to the floor.

Stand up straight and imagine that your spine is an arrow pointing at the floor. Doing this and the great workout above will strengthen, and exercise your back.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs Review

Before starting on the secret to six pack abs program I was nervous to leave the house in the summer. I know, I know, it sounds stupid and kind of pathetic, but I'm serious. I was so uncomfortable leaving the house in the summertime that I would make excuses cannot go out during the daytime, and put off as many outings as I could until at least early evening and not nighttime. My insecurities stemmed from a few facts, however the biggest one was possibly my feelings of being uncomfortable wearing T-shirts. I know it sounds silly, everybody wears T-shirts, even the hopelessly obese, but what can I say I was just way too uncomfortable with all the jiggling going on in my belly. Every time I left the house and fell like the teachers would cling to every roll, and the problem only became more severe with the slightest of breezes.

Eventually I just got sick, sick of feeling fat, sick of being embarrassed to leave the house, sick of layering dress shirts over my T-shirts to avoid the sight of my stomach against the T-shirt. The secrets of six pack abs program is not the first exercise routine that I have tried, but it is the only one that has given me steady results over time. The secret six pack program is by no means a miracle, and the results were not obvious overnight. I did however sightseeing noticeable results within about two weeks. And by noticeable I mean my jeans started to fit a little bit better, and my shirts were not quite so snug on the lower three buttons. I did not turn into Brad Pitt overnight, but at least I was no longer like fat Elvis.

I think the program works so well because it's silly easy to do. The secret six pack program is not just another exercise tape that you pop in and ever end up finishing, but it's more like our new set of rules that you follow. It's not doing a bunch of new stuff, but rather doing the same stuff you've always done a little bit differently. I cannot stress how much of a difference this approach makes. It seriously the difference between buying a new workout program and not doing it, and making the decision that your health matters and following through with some simple steps. Most people can't handle radical life changing decisions, and that's why they never stick to any of their diets, but the secret six pack program fits so well into my life that I can't help but to follow the guidelines. It takes away the hardest part of any diet program; the unattainable levels of commitment.

I am about eight months into the program and still noticing improvements in my physique. It no longer looks like I have a ring of baby fat around my belly, and I now have one of those sexy flat belly buttons that they always like to show on fitness commercials. All in all I've lost about 35 pounds and a little over 11 inches from my waist line. I look forward to continuing the secret six pack program not only to maintain my sexy new six pack, but to see just how far it can push it. I've turned into one of those annoying people that considers exercise in working out fun. I'm sure that this will not happen to you, but for me personally I now enjoy my new body so much that I can't help but to use it, and I know that all of this extra work (that I consider fun) is only pushing my physique even farther.

Abs Workouts For The Beginner

Before I wreck your body by giving you advice that will totally wreck the V shape you are really looking for, Let me say, if you have too much excess fat, you should focus on fat reduction and not enlarging your abdominal muscles. There is a lot of confusion about getting a ripped six pack and I can understand why, so let me clarify this exceptionally convoluted reality.

It is very counter intuitive. The truth often is. In this case, I point to the ab machine company's sensing the great demand for a nice set of abs, and inventing contraptions that actually kill what you are working for in the first place. It is confusing literally for people only because the answer is too easy. Being so easy, it is rejected by the "logic departments" of most sensible peoples minds.

I will give you a few work outs below but this article is really not about enlarging your abdominals. Why? Why would an article about abs exercises actually be telling you not to exercise the abs? Well, the answer lays in the symmetry of your physique and what you are really looking for. For men in particular, the shape of the attractive body is a nice V shape. Even if you don't want that body builders body, but to look more like "Brad Pit" for example, which most women would agree is very attractive. You still don't want to grow those abdominals. Here's why.

Increasing the size of the abdominals actually kills that sexy V shape that you should actually be seeking. The V shape of large (ish) shoulders and a very tight waist is actually what you are looking for. To increase the size of the abdominals too much actually gives one a square shape,. Not what you want! The smaller the waist, the wider the shoulders the better and more satisfactory your physique is to the eye. The eye uses a quick scan of a body and tends to linger around the abdominals. The reason for that is the very shape itself. It POINTS to your abdominals. The eye looks at the differential between the width of the shoulders and the smallness of the waist to ascertain whether the individual has a nice body. (I imagine I must be blowing your mind by now if you haven't heard of this before)

So here is my advice. Reduce fat. You can go on a limited calorie intake diet and drop a few pounds a week. Within a month you will be amazed how much detail will show on your belly. The second thing is to actually have detail on your belly. The eye tends to look for detail. A flat plain featureless area attracts the eye to the outer edges. What this does is create the optical illusion of the area being bigger than it actually is. So doing a certain amount of abdominal crunches and sit ups is required. However, to focus exclusively on the abs and enlarge this quite responsive muscle group, is a mistake. Making them bigger or enormous will kill the V shape that you are really seeking!
