Get Sexy Abs - Discover What Fitness Equipment Companies Don't Want You To Know

Anyone who wants to have sexy abs is constantly swamped with abs gadgets and gimmicks which promise that you can have the abs you've always dreamed of in practically no time and with almost zero effort. I've seen gadgets which promise you that you can develop flat abs while you sit in your office, or even when you sleep. I've seen abs belts, abs gadgets, abs exercising machines which look like they've been taken straight out of the nearest torture chamber. Every gadget or machine has its own spokesperson, who has perfect abs, and the promises fall upon you like snowflakes in winter: gently and easily, until you're tempted to have that gadget and get those abs.

What you usually end up with is a coat rack accumulating dust which is much more usefull than all the good it did to your abs. Don't be ashamed that you've fallen victim to a scam artist, it happens to everyone. It happened to me more than once. What can I do? I'm a trusting person. It took me a long time to get my six pack abs. During this process I ran across a lot of lies. Here are the biggest of them:

Lie #1: You can get abs without exercising - this is simply not true. In order to have sexy flat abs you need to tone your stomach muscles. Otherwise, you may be thin, but you won't be hard and your stomach will not look taut.

Lie #2: You can get a flat stomach without watching your diet - This is another lie because in order to have a flat stomach you need to reduce the amount of belly fat. To do that you need to make sure you're not eating useless calories.

Lie #3: You can get abs with a gadget - This is a massive lie and in my view, close to robbery. Gadgets don't develop muscles. That's why professional athletes train with weights and do cardio training. Gadgets can only make your wallet flatter, not your belly.

Lie #4: Abs machines can get you great abs - This is another trick to get you to buy useless merchandise. The best exercises are done with body weight resistance or with simple weights. It's the same thing with regular weight training in which it is well known that free weights are much better than exercise machines.

So What is the truth?

The truth is that you don't need to waste your money on machines and gadgets, you only need to invest in education. The education on what to eat, which exercises to do, and how to lead your life in order to get those sexy abs you deserve.

Everyone can get flat abs if only he or she will do things right. You can do it too.

How To Get Abs Fast

Wouldn't we all love to have a flat stomach, and nice abs. We would definately like to get them fast, so we can impress people and feel good about ourselves, no one seems to know how to get abs fast anymore, this is probably because we live in a rich and greedy world and are far too lazy to do regular exercises.

The key to getting abs fast is routine exercises. Now I'm going going to tell you the perfect exercises, but what I am going to tell you is the exercises that allowed me to achieve the abs I always dreamed of.

How To Get Abs Fast - The Routine Exercises

Now the first ab exercise that I've always done throughout my life is the "sit-ups". Now sit-ups have such a bad reputation with people saying that they do nothing for you, but that's completely wrong. If done right the sit-ups can be very effective. But if you go about it half-assed it's going to do nothing for you. This is how you do a prope sit-up; First you lie down, make sure theres enough rooms around you. Bend your knees, with your feet on the floor. Cross your hands over your chest. And bring your chest up to your knees, focusing on the abdominals muscles. That's it, it's not about how many you actually do, more like how many good ones you manage to do.

Leg lifts is also a great effective exercise that you can do at home without fancy gym equipment. What you do is simply, lay down flat on the floor, place your hands under your buttocks, and lift your leg about 6 inches from the ground, concentrating on the abdominal muscle as you lift. Breathe in as you lift your leg up, and breathe out as you put it back down. This is a great exercise, and this is how I maintain my 6 pack abs!

How Can You Get Your Abs Best Workout?

The most important thing that you need to realize in order to get your abs best workout is that the main focus is to lose the belly fat covering your abs first and then sculpt your abs into the ripped, cut, lean looking six pack that you desire.

Losing belly fat can be a very tedious task, but a well-focused approach can streamline your efforts by targeting the right area from the start.

Here are a few things that can really help steer you in the right direction:

1.) Abdominal exercises will not burn fat away from your abs!

To burn fat away from you abs you need an effective full body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts, which will maximize your fat-burning potential.

You should focus most of your efforts on the types of exercises, sequencing, and combinations that stimulate the biggest increases in testosterone and growth hormone response, because this will give you that lean cut look.

Crunches, sit-ups, torso twists, leg raises, and ab machines simply will not help you achieve this hormonal effect.

2.) Cardio routines can actually be counterproductive

Cardio routines are not only unnecessary, but they can actually be counterproductive if you're really trying to get as lean as possible, as quick as possible. It all comes down to your metabolic rate, how much lean muscle you have, the hormonal response in your body from the exercise, and the residual calorie burn in the hours and days following your workouts...

Moderate intensity cardio routines will not help maximizing these effects!

According to scientific research, steady-pace cardio exercise is not that effective at strengthening the heart. The heart needs to be trained in a wide variety of ranges to actually be truly strengthened and ready for all the various stresses that life throws at it. Steady-pace cardio is also proven to be far less effective in the long term at reducing body fat.

3. ) 95% of supplements are a complete waste

Real food is always better for you than processed supplements, but you must take care in choosing the right foods.

4.) Don't be conned into buying fancy abdominal machines and gadgets!

Most machines and gadgets are not the best way to develop the abdominal muscles. They may help with strengthening the abs, but they are less effective than some of the best floor, hanging, and standing abs exercises.

A strategic approach to your abs best workout program comes down to following a nutritious diet that will not only burn off that stubborn belly fat, but will also have you feeling full of energy every single day and will virtually eliminate cravings altogether. You should then follow the exercises, sequencing, and combinations that stimulate the biggest increases in testosterone and growth hormone response, to give you that lean cut look.

Six Pack Abs is a 3 Step Process

I have been receiving tons of questions in regards to burning fat around the midsection and how to get 6-pack abs...

I will be straight to the point with you about how to get six pack abs.

It's a 3 step process.

The first step is to take control of your metabolism.

The next step is to eat supportively

The final step is to complete a full body workout that is geared towards working as many muscles at once as possible.

Let's break that down a bit more.

Step one: Take control of your metabolism

The way we do this is to stabilize your blood sugar levels. If your blood sugar levels are stable than the hormone that releases fat or liberates fat from your body is able to work. That is good news. On the other side of things, if you have an unstable blood sugar level then a hormone called insulin will work and insulin job is to stabilize your blood sugar. It does so by trapping the excess sugar and storing it as fat.

So if you are able to limit, not restrict, and simply limit your sugar intake to a reasonable amount you will notice that your body will be able to burn fat more efficiently.

Part 2 of the process is to eat supportively. A lot can be said about eating supportively. In fact people have written hundreds of books about supportive eating. Basically supportive eating is really simple. It's eating meals that will support your lifestyle and will enhance your quest for building lean muscle mass. This will involve eating a lot of proteins and cutting back a little bit on the carbs and fats. Again I must warn you: DO NOT COMPLETELY LAY OFF THE CARBS OR FAT. It is so important to note that because carbs are where your body gets its energy from. If your body has no carbs to resort to for energy, your body will then resort to your muscles as energy and in effect eat away at your muscle (you grow weaker). Not good. So make sure you eat supportively.

The third step in this fat loss process is to follow workouts that will build you lean muscle mass and will shed fat. That sounds simple but yet it can be so difficult. I will be up front and honest with you. The majority of workouts that I see in magazines that promise 6 pack abs in 6 weeks or less are just a bunch of lies that get you to buy the magazine.

Six pack abs only become visible when your body fat is below 9% in males and 18% in females.

If you are able to understand that, then this next nugget of information will really make sense.

If your goal is to get down to 9% body fat, then it is obvious that you should build some muscle. The best and most efficient way to build muscle is to workout and do full body workouts. Full body workouts will incorporate as much muscle and therefore provide you with the greatest probability of gaining lean muscle mass.

Once you have added a few pounds of muscle and shed a few pounds of fat you will be able to see your six pack abs

Firmer Abs

Any woman who has ever despaired of firming up her flopping abdominal skin after the birth of a baby or any person discouraged by the appearance of his or her stomach following a large loss of weight should know that there is hope. An abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, is a cosmetic surgical procedure designed to trim the abdominal area. It involves removing fat and skin from the area and tightening the abdominal muscles. This eliminates sagging and wrinkles and leaves the abdomen looking firmer.

This can be partial or complete. With a partial tuck, only a small incision is made, and the process usually takes one to two hours. In a complete abdominoplasty, the incision stretches from hip to hip. Much trimming and reconstruction is involved. With either a partial or complete tummy tuck, liposuction may be required for fine sculpting.

Just because this is cosmetic, however, do not be fooled into thinking it is not a real surgery without risks. In fact, hospitalization is often required. It carries a significant recovery time, with initial recovery taking one to four weeks and a full recovery between three to six months. Even after that, scarring will be evident. A tummy tuck is definitely not to be taken lightly.

Not to be taken lightly, either, is your choice of surgeon. Choosing an unqualified surgeon can result in a nightmare. Everyone has heard horror stories of botched cosmetic surgeries. Take the time to do your research. Make sure you entrust your body to the best doctor available. It is also important to know the risks and side effects going in. A good surgeon will honestly discuss your expectations with you so you can be entirely comfortable with your choice to have a major cosmetic procedure such as a tummy tuck.

If you have worked to lose the weight, and you know it is what you want, go for it! But do not go into it blind. Know what you are in for before you go under the knife.
