The Truth About Six Pack Abs Review - Is There Any Truth In Mike Geary's Book

It seems that every day we get an e-mail promising to make us rich, thin or show us how to develop the perfect set of six pack abs. Most of it is pure hype and if you fall for it, then I have a beautiful beach front property I want to sell you in the everglades...

Generally speaking, anytime you get an email saying they can show you how to achieve "six pack abs" you might as well click delete, most likely it will be a waste of time and money and your abs will remain hidden but folds of... well you catch my drift.

If it sounds like I have a cynical attitude, I do, more than once I've paid for an ebook that promised the moon (results) and only delivered a reflection (an empty promise). So when I looked at the book "The Truth About Six Pack Abs", I'll be honest, I figured it would be loaded with hype, and wouldn't accomplish anything close to what it said... I was dead wrong and I've got the abs to prove it... Yeah!

For me, when someone cut through the BS and tells the truth, they are someone I admire, that's the way I live my life. So when Mike Geary took a carefully aimed shot at the "diet industry", basically ripping them a new one... I sat up and took notice. For years we've been fed a line of... (you know what) telling us about diet pills and what they could do for us... WRONG! Now I'm no saint, and I've taken a diet pill (or many) over the years... and guess what... THEY WORKED. Yep just as long as I didn't mind popping pills, I'd keep losing weight. But what about when the pills ran out... then what? Well I tell you what, the weight crept back on, in fact I weighed more than when I started. From that moment on, I swore of pills and you should too.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs isn't full of hype, it doesn't promised anything that can't be accomplished by you, or anyone who DECIDES that now is the time to change their life for the better. Instead of hype, you'll learn how the average person, without resorting to extremes can lose weight, get healthy and stay in shape; now that's a plan.

This isn't some throw away book, you'll zip through then bury somewhere on your hard drive... NO WAY! You'll turn it time and time again... it's packed full and is over ONE HUNDRED PAGES, 106 pages to be exact. And each page gives you cutting edge information about getting in shape, staying in shape and training your abs.

It also discusses a few things you might not have considered; did you know that having excess stomach (abdominal) fat can be hazardous to your health? Yikes! I'm glad I found it, and you will be too, this book dives right in, not pulling any punches.

It's not myth, it's fact that if we keep ourselves health and stay lean and exercise, we have a good possibility of not only living longer, but remaining healthy enough to enjoy it; now that IS important. The Truth About Abs e-book isn't full of marketing hype, and it doesn't endorse the latest and greatest fad(s), it simply tells the truth about getting and staying ripped for life.

What's the final verdict of the truth about abs review?

For me... Before I found this book, not only was I a skeptic, I was also confused. About what? About all the fads, diets, crazes that are being peddled; it's malarkey, BS and while I certainly endorse freedom of speech, c'mon guys... give it break, tell the truth for once.

Well the truth is exactly where "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" rises to the occasion; showing you exactly what your body needs (and in what combinations) to perform at its optimum level. Folks... I'm all about health and fitness, and if something is BS, I'm going tell you, but this book is truly a break through and I encourage you to take a serious informed look.

Who needs this book? You do! I don't care of your man, woman or child, everyone can benefit form what you'll learn in "The Truth About Six Pack Abs". There's some mind blowing info inside these jammed pack 106 pages, information that can change you from a couch potato, to a lean mean ab ripping machine.

What do you have to lose by looking at this book? Not money, that for sure, like any reputable company, they offer GURARANTEED SATISFACTION, if it doesn't work (but it does) they'll give your money back.... But guys and gals, you're not going to want a refund, not when you look in the mirror and see that ripped set of six packs.

Articles are constantly published about the 'latest breakthrough' workouts that mainly tap into the heightened emotional buttons. Instead of providing hope, these so called treatments cause a great deal of heartache and a sense of hopelessness.

Kick Up: Lie on the floor. Make sure that the shoulders and hips form a balanced line, followed by the knees and ankles. Your ankles may be a little in front of you. Make sure that your abdominal muscles are pulled in correctly. You would have to move carefully through the top leg, kick it up in the direction pointing toward the ceiling. The hip bones should remain stacked but don't let the pelvis tilt. When you pull your abdominals up, it should oppose your leg's lengthening movement even as you move to control its descent.

Please note that the exercise isn't a kick but is extremely effective to help your abs get toned and flat. Sideleg lifts: Breathe deeply before you begin this exercise. How To Get Six Pack Abs

Knowing how to get six pack abs is one thing, but actually doing it is another thing entirely. You can study and learn everything about muscles, exercises, workouts and nutrition, but unless you actually put all that knowledge into practice, you may as well have not discovered how to get six pack abs.

When you first decide to get six pack abs, your immediate thought would be - how? Once you've found out how, it might suddenly seem like a little bit too much work, and so you put it off, or keep searching for some hidden secret that will show you how to get six pack abs overnight.

I'm sorry to disappoint, but there is no such secret. If there was, we'd all have six pack abs and the person who invented the secret would be very rich indeed! While there isn't a single food you can eat, exercise or gadget that will get you six pack abs, a few common sense pointers will help you on your way to looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

By now you've probably read a fair bit about getting a six pack, right? The authors will probably tell you that an expensive new gadget will shock you into having ripped abs in a few hours, or that a secret exercise will develop rippling muscles overnight. What the authors might not tell you is that instead of going for these silly fads, you should stick to a few simple principles.

1. In order for your six pack abs to show through, you must have a low body-fat percentage. By "low", I mean less than 10%, probably more like 5-8% but it varies from person to person. This is the number one secret of how to get six pack abs - lose as much of the body fat you're carrying around as possible. Once it's gone, your muscles will be able to show through on your stomach.

To lose weight and drop your body fat percentage, cut back on your daily calorie intake by eating less sugary, fatty and high carbohydrate foods, and do more cardio exercise. That means getting on the treadmill (or going for a jog through the park if you prefer), or doing some other high stress activity like swimming, badminton, squash, cycling and so on.

2. In order for your abs to actually look like a six pack, you must work out. Exercising your ab muscles is the second ultimate secret of how to get six pack abs. If you don't exercise your muscles, they'll never grow and they won't become neatly separated and well defined. They'll just be more of a "keg", or "one pack" instead.

That's it. Those two principles is all it takes, and that's how to get six pack abs. Of course, in the real world it's a little more complicated than that because you need to come up with an exercise routine that you enjoy and that suits your lifestyle and body, and you need to know which foods are right for a body fat loss diet, but in general as long as you stay slim and exercise your abs regularly, a six pack is not that far away.

If you're working on your six pack abs, you may be going about it all wrong and wasting your time and energy. David Spencer is a fitness fanatic, and has spent years learning about the best way to get six pack abs as fast as possible. He swears by The Truth About Six Pack Abs.

Getting a six pack is actually down to a few very simple key principles that many people simply aren't aware of. Visit http://www.TheTruthAbout6PackAbs.com and make sure you're doing it right!

Reveal Your Abs Easily and Quickly Using Secret Diet Techniques and Work Out Methods

Before I go any further I want you to know that I understand how grueling abdominal workouts can be ! I personally have been brought up with a miss guided understanding of food and exercise and the end result was me pumping away doing hundreds of crunches a day to find out without several other systems in place your work is useless.

Please be assured in knowing you do have a six pack!

Yes that’s right I just sad you have a Six pack underneath your currently belly fat. Now having said that your goal should be to a learn methods to strip this fat away & methods to develop your abdominal region so they show even more.

Any fitness trainer is going to tell you no amount of exercising is going to get rid of that fat layer. Now you’re probably thinking after is this guy on about? J Well its true, without the correct body fuel, food portion sizes, self discipline and diet, ripped abs will most likely never happen for you. One without the other is not good! Why train for years to get what you can have in Months?

By eating 6 smaller meals per day, the metabolism is increased, and the fuel is then burned much more efficiently. Any excess fat will be used up at an increased rate. Please understand that a well thought out exercise regime in conjunction with good eating habbits is the best way to develop six pack abs without the risk of injury. This also ensures that you get maximum results in the shortest time frame possible.

Here are a couple abdominal exercises I currently have added to my workout. I have listed a resource below where you can find all you need to learn more specifics about diets, workouts & professional methods.

Barbell Ab Rollout

Equipment: Barbell

Tips: The elbows are to be locked and kept in a vertical line with the shoulders. Many ab wheel commercials show the user with their arms extended out but it is felt by some that this puts unnecessary stress on the shoulders and lower back. Keep the body locked in a straight position with no back "sag" when in the bottom position. All movement in this exercise is initiated by the hips, not the arms/lats. The emphasis should be on raising the butt as high as possible in a "piking" motion when in the upright part of the movement.

Cable Crunch

Equipment: Cable

Tips: Kneel below a high pulley. Grasp cable rope attachment and place wrists against the head. Flex hips slightly and allow the weight to hyper extend the lower back. With the hips stationary, flex the waist so the elbows travel toward the middle of the thighs. Return and repeat.

If you would like more in depth information into workouts, food planning & tools needed to fast track your fitness click on the link below ! I personally have had great success using this system.
