The Driving Force Behind Your Abs

The abs diet is a program which focuses on well-balanced meals, for better nutrition throughout the course of your weight loss program. These well-balanced meals in your abs diet contain the right amounts of fiber, vitamins, and minerals to get you through the day without feeling hungry or bloated.

The abs diet is based on the premise that as you eat more of the healthy foods, your body's muscle mass follows accordingly; with the proper exercise, this would result to less excess fat in your body, and also less of the flab that comes with it.

The problem with programs other than the abs diet is that they put too many restrictions on your meals in order to lose as much fat as possible. The abs diet disagrees completely with this method of weight loss, since you may also lose important nutrients which can be found on certain food groups; less nutrients leads to lowered muscle mass. With the abs diet, your body needs will be properly taken care of, and you won't have to worry about starving your body in order to get a desirable physique.

The abs diet advocates a regimen of six evenly spread out meals every day in order to keep your body's nutritional sustenance maintained. These six meals in your abs diet are divided into three square meals with three healthy snacks in between, to keep the hunger pangs at bay.

The meals must have enough time in between them, in order for the body to effectively digest the food before the next comes in. Try spacing your meals every two to three hours for a more balanced eating schedule in your abs diet. This food scheduling technique will ensure that you don't go hungry, and be easily tempted to compensate for the hunger by going on a food binge.

How To Get Flat Abs Fast - The Best Tips

Fat! It was a word that was used to torment me all through grade school. When I tell people that I used to be fat, they are surprised. In this article I will tell you how did I lose weight and get flat abs.

Tip 1:

Stay hydrated. First of all, what you perceive as hunger is often actually thirst. Some people snack a lot because their bodies are crying out for water. Also, not drinking enough water can slow your basic metabolic rate, and that means that it is harder to burn the fat on your stomach. We'll talk more about that later.

Tip 2:

Get your rest. By this, I mean, sleep. Not only will you be able to perform better after a good night's rest, but it will help your body get on with the business of re sculpting your muscles, wherever they may be.

Tip 3:

Get the proper nutrition. This means not only the right foods, but in the right quantities at the right times. A tip inside this tip is to try to eat several small meals a day rather than two or three big ones. Foods should be high in protein.

Tip 4:

Exercise your stomach muscles. Your "stomach muscles" are actually made up mainly of three sets of muscles. Each one is in a different position, and has a different job to do. By the same token, developing each set of muscles will require you to do specific exercises for that set of muscles. The three sets of muscles are the Rectus Abdominis (the six pack down the middle of your body from ribcage to groin), the Transversus Abdominus (TVA) which runs from back to front and holds everything in place, and the Obliques (internal and external) which lie on the side.

Tip 5:

Add cardio activity to your fitness program four to six times a week. Thirty to forty-five minutes would be good. Again, work your way up. As great as cardio is, the fat burning effect lasts primarily during the exercise session itself.

Tip 6:

Start weight training or other progressive resistance strength training. As you build muscle over all the parts of your body, you will be creating thousands of little tiny heaters that burn the fat day and night. You don't have to use super heavy weights. An explanation of a basic weightlifting workout is a little too much to get into here, but many websites can point you in the right direction.

How To Get Great Abs In Your Spare Time

One of the problems with exercise is that it is boring and the other problem is finding the time. But, did you know you can get a great looking set of abs, without any equipment, You can do it watching tv, you can do it for 20 minutes while driving to work and you can even do it while laying in bed.

The secret to a good set of abs is low body fat percentage. When the layer of skin covering your abs is thin, it shows through the bumps underneath. So, even if you do have a great set of abs after putting in all that work, you will still need to reduce the fat cells in your skin to a point where the skin is thin enough to be taught and tight around your mid rift.

The good news however, is that getting those abs is not hard. The abdominal muscle group is very large and responds very effectively in most people, to stimulation.

Resistance training is important, but you can do the exercise below for 10 or 20 minutes a day and get the same results without doing a single ab crunch or sit up. It may take you a year or two, but it certainly is one way to create a great looking set of abs without disrupting your schedule or setting foot in a gym. Also, you don't need to sweat, it is not a difficult exercise, but within a week you should begin to see a difference in over all tone and flexion.

Whether you are in your car or laying in bed, all you have to do is aggressively tense your abdominal muscle group, hold it for 10 seconds, simply by counting, "1 cat and dog, 2 cat and dog, 3 cant and dog" till you get to 10, then release. Don t rest too long, then do it again, really feeling the tension and squeezing as hard as you can for another 10 seconds then release. Do this exercise 60 to 120 times over 10 or 20 minutes and watch the abs begin to respond.

If you would like to get a six pack in 23 days or less, buy The "Abs In 23 Days" training program. You can learn more about this award winning, abdominal pumping, fat stripping product by clicking HERE

How To Get Six Pack Abs - Do You Want Abs Fast?

Most of us at some stage of our life have decided enough is enough! I'm going to loose this gut. So we trim down the level of our eating and either buy some cardio equipment or go down to our local gym to sweat away with the others that have given into this method. Most people after a short period of time will see little or no gains & with a break from training of a week they find they are right back where they started to begin with.

I'll tell you right - This cardio training method above is a waste of time.

Thats right a complete waste of time, if anything is only going to damaged your motivation levels or cause you to have a injury as a result of going crazy doing cardio for hours on end out of pure frustration.

It may seem logical to us all that if we drop the levels of our eating this will assist loss of fat, well ill tell you right now this is very far from the truth! By doing this, we make our body confused as it now believes it has to reserve all fat stores until we know when we are going to get our next meal. This process only takes 3 hours, thats 3 hours of not eating and our body is already in starvation mode, our metabolism slows down and we now are trying to keep our fat. Ok so eat more, thats right more meals 5 - 6 a day and spaced out in 2.5 hr increments. After doing this for a period of a week your body will feel quiet comfortable with going into overdrive 24/7 & you will become a natural fat burning furnace.

The next thing you need to look at is your current muscle mass. The more muscle you have the more your body will want to convert your fat to fuel to be used. So you do need to start doing some weight bearing activity's. I highly recommend you write down what you eat over a period of 2 weeks and sit down to see what you can do in order to drop some fat and increase your energy levels. You should be trying to add more foods that are high in protein and alter some of your meals that are full of fats.
