How To Get Great Abs In Your Spare Time



One of the problems with exercise is that it is boring and the other problem is finding the time. Whether you are in your car or laying in bed, all you have to do is aggressively tense your abdominal muscle group, hold it for 10 seconds, simply by counting, "1 cat and dog, 2 cat and dog, 3 cant and dog" till you get to 10, then release. Don t rest too long, then do it again, really feeling the tension and squeezing as hard as you can for another 10 seconds then release. Do this exercise 60 to 120 times over 10 or 20 minutes and watch the abs begin to respond.
