Are Six Pack Abs Sexy?

Some people see six pack abs and find them a turn off, others find them very sexy. What makes people go from one end of the scale to another? Maybe the people who find a six pack grotesque are the ones who think that they would never be able to put in the amount of determination it takes to achieve a similar body physique. This is true in only one respect; they have not convinced themselves that they "could" achieve this look if they wanted to. Like many thing in life, you must believe in your own ability and the ability to push yourself when you need to.

A sexy six pack is a reward for the hard work that people put into it, this does not happen in a couple of days or weeks. Here is another stumbling block for many, they don't see the results quick enough so they quit. The reality is, you must lose fat to get that toned look, this is necessary with any kind of exercise. Without losing fat you will not achieve the desired effect, the muscle will just be hidden by that fatty tissue.

Cardio Vascular exercises are the best for burning fatty tissue; of course this is where you really do earn your six pack abs. sit ups, abdominal crunches and others may seem like a walk in the park compared to the cardio section of a workout. This is where the body you desire is either achieved or dumped, if you give up here you are destined to quit.

If you can overcome the desire to give up, then all of your hard work will start to show through before you know it. Once you can actually see a change for the better, you will receive a vital boost to your ego and your stamina. Like anything, once you see an improvement you push harder to achieve more, keep going and before you know it you will have sexy six pack abs.

If you want to get six pack abs, think positively, set aside time to exercise and make sure that you warm up properly. You may not always see the results within the first couple of weeks, after a month to six weeks you will start to see improvements, if you stick to the proper training. Above all, if you are exercising at home, train safely and follow a good guide. Eat sensibly and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Flatten That Stomach - Easy Exercises for a Great Body and Abs!

If you're dreaming about a great body then you're not alone... that's something we all want.

I think having a great body is just a natural genetic thing all bound up in that whole interaction around finding a healthy attractive mate to produce a family with... and that doesn't seem to diminish, no matter how old people get.

But from the look of North America and lots of the developed world today, we're all falling down on the job.

Having amazing abs is the ideal, but finding them can be a big job. We know they're buried here somewhere beneath that spare tire and all that belly flab... but hey!... it's often a full scale archaeological dig just to unearth them.

And we got this way because basically humans are lazy; eating is fun and exercise is just plain hard work.

Whether it's just a pad of baby fat on your tummy, some love handles or a full blown case of obesity, the plan is the same; burn off the fat and tighten up the muscles.

That sounds awfully like diet and exercise to me!

Well it sort of is... but it doesn't have to be an ordeal... in fact it can be really easy and enjoyable. A bit of easy exercise tones your muscles and promotes hormones to burn off the fat.

You can lose the weight without any pain and without ever needing to go hungry. On the plan I can show you the fat will come off your tummy first. Just click my link below and get my free book to find out how.

And the exercise part can be a real blast... I like to do it in bed... well on the bed anyway!

Get yourself some light weights-dumbells-maybe 5 to 15 pounds to start depending on your strength and size; but not too light... you've got to do a bit of work.

Lie on your back on your bed with your legs bent at the knees and dangling over the edge with your feet on the floor... if your legs are long enough for that.

Note: Ask your Doctor about these exercises before you start and stop any of these movements immediately and consult your Doctor if you feel any discomfort; especially in your lower back.

Do five to ten reps for each of these simple movements.

You can work your abs and legs just by just lifting your legs off the bed. Start with feet on the floor and lift your knees maybe six inches and lower them. Build this up until eventually you are raising your knees up to your chest.

Next straighten your knees and raise your legs off the bed from your waist down. Eventually you can raise the legs as high as you can, eventually to the vertical.

Now for some really easy weight bearing exercises:

You're still lying on the bed. Pick up a dumbbell in each hand and do some simple arm exercises. Here are some ideas... I'm sure you can invent lots of variations of your own.

1. With your arms flat on the bed, raise the dumbbells until your lower arms are vertical and lower them back to the bed. This will work your biceps.

2. Start with arms bent and dumbbells at your shoulders and raise them to the vertical. This will work your lower triceps.

3. With your arms stretched fully above your head, lift the dumbbells to the vertical while keeping the arms straight. This will work your upper triceps and deltoids and put some tension on your tummy.

4. With arms bent resting on the bed but at right angles to the body, forearms vertical, raise the arms from the shoulders until the dumbbells touch above your chest. Lower them back down again and repeat.

5. Repeat 3 starting with arms on the bed stretched out sideways from the shoulders and raise to the vertical and back. This will work your deltoids and pectorals.

So isn't that amazing... you haven't even gotten off the bed and already you have a beautiful bod.

If you still have some flab around your tummy (maybe even a whole lot of flab) that you would like to lose I can show you a proven program to get rid of that. Combine that with the simple exercises and you can be looking amazing in no time at all.

I have recently written a book entitled "Lose Weight -Never Go Hungry" which lays out a plan for overcoming carbohydrate addiction and losing weight.

You can download it FREE here: "Lose Weight - Never Go Hungry"

Abs Diet – What Are The Dos and Don’ts with Eating to Get Abdominals Fast?

If you want to find your abs, you have to burn the fat. Eating right is critical, and by following the nutrition principles of the Abs Diet and centering your meals on metabolism boosting foods. You'll lose fat pretty effortlessly. But to maximize your weight loss and turn your fat into muscle, you need an exercise plan. Exercise will not only make you healthier; it'll make you lose weight faster. It'll make you stronger. Most important, it'll make your body turn fat into muscle -- by converting energy that's stored in fat into energy that feeds muscle.

Most diet plans you’ll find, are dull with complicated, hard-to-follow rules and foods that taste like nothing more than cardboard. If they don’t taste like cardboard they don’t seem to fill us up and give us that overwhelming feeling of oh that was good. Please have a look at a couple recipes I have provided that I personally used in conjunction with exercise to get my abs.

Here's an example of how you can structure a week of eating. It's not written in as a concrete structured plan, so please mix and match to suit your taste and life style. For more recipes, workouts & mentors be sure to check out http://www.truthaboutabprograms.com.

Get Six Pack Abs Much Faster with 3 Advanced Techniques

I know you might be wondering that it is not easy to get six pack abs in a very short period of time, but I am going to destroy that myth once and for all!

It is not hard to get strong, sexy abs in a very short period of time when you know the right way to do it.

And so far, the only things I have heard from other people are:

1. Hundreds to thousands of Ab Crunches/ Sit ups/ Leg Raises
2. Hours and hours of cardio
3. Go on completely strict diet so you starve to death
4. Get on of those ab machines advertised on TV
5. Drink diet pills

It is shameful to say that these are the biggest most bitter lies one could tell you when it comes to getting lean or getting a six pack like you've always dreamed of.

I am not going to tell you why they are big fat lies (more on that later), but I can definitely tell you what you REALLY need to do if you want to get the ripped looking abs.

-- Interval Training

I know this may sound new to you but a few minutes of research on Google will give you hundreds and hundreds of articles on Interval Training.

With a 20 minute interval training workout, you will be working your lower body to such a level, that your stomach will just give up the fat that it is holding back.

In short, you will be burning more stomach fat with interval training than any other exercise. And moreover, you will also be burning fat even while you sleep!

-- Weight Training

This may come as a shock to you but you will NOT bulk up by lifting heavy weights! It will take really heavy weights and different techniques to pack up big muscles really fast.

All you need to do is 45 minutes of total body workouts using free weights like the dumbbell or the kettle bell.

The best way to make use of the 45 minutes is to choose total body exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Chest presses, Rows etc By working your major muscles, you will be working the smaller muscles at the same time.

That means you will burn 200-300% more fat the smart way.

-- Core Training

It doesn't require expensive ab machines or hundreds of ab crunches to get six pack abs.

All you need to do is strengthen your abdominal muscles and keep burning fat. Doing this will get your six pack abs visible in no time. I promise!

What kind of Core training can get you that washboard abs?

# Plank and Variations of the Plank
# Deadlifts
# Front Squats
# Swings
# Swiss Ball Rollouts
# Leg Thrusts
# Ball Crunches

These are just few of the many exercises that make your abdominals super strong just waiting for you to remove that fat off your abs so they can peel out and show off

Here's the gist of it;

Interval Training and Weight Training will successfully shred the pounds of fat if you keep consistent and keep choosing the right total body exercises. Core training will strengthen your abs in the shape of a six pack so that once the fat is gone, your abs will just peel out of your skin with that washboard look

If you are looking for the total training program that takes you from the diet to the workouts as if you were a complete Noob, then you need to take a look at my review on The Truth About Six Pack Abs and decided if it can help you get the six pack abs you've always dreamed about!
