How to Get Flatter Abs in No Time



When we are sitting on the sofa, observing yet another couple of fitness models on TV demonstrating yet another ab machine, we may begin to absently push into our own pudgy tummy. Disappointed we push our fingers at the belly and feel dejected by the feel of that pouch. Suddenly, relieved, we realize we failed to tense the muscle.
