How To Guide for Six Pack Abs - Get Abs Fast

Ok so you like many other people want there six pack abs ?!?!?

Unfortunately for many that thought will simply remain a dream, as they do not get the education needed to form the best workout and know how as to what food to eat.

When i say the right food - I'm most definitely not talking about eating less and no carbs no this and no that, I'm talking about finding foods that naturally help your body convert its fat stores into energy to burn.

You also need to make sure that you restrict the amount of foods that prevent your body from burning of fat and of coarse the foods that load you up with fat to begin with !

You must begin to increase your meals to 5 - 6 meals a day in order for your body to run at full steam, if you don't your body's metabolism simply slows down; this will lead to you feeling sluggish but more importantly, you will slow down how your body burns fat.

Ok quick rehash - Metabolism Booster foods + 5 - 6 Meals a day is the general key to nutrition, I will not be able to come this topic in full i suggest you write that down to continue your research! But please also know that this is simply one element.

You'll also need to get the exercise portion of your plan sorted out !

I strongly suggest a mixture of resistance workouts and interval training for maximum results. These exercises are guaranteed to burn maximum amounts of fat.

Please further your education in interval training, resistance training + metabolism booster foods groups.

If you really want to achieve your goals its crucial that you learn the above.

Dont be like most people and give up here! Believe it or not your not far away from having the stomach your after ! Keep up the good work ! The fact your reading this shows your dedicated.

The Best Abs Workout for Losing Belly Fat - The Myth

No. The truth is that you don't lose stubborn stomach fat by just doing abs workouts. Your body needs a metabolic response to create fat loss but abs workouts alone don't create enough of it. Focusing most of your time and effort on abs workouts to try flattening your stomach and bring out six pack abs is simply wasting your time. The correct workout programs that will actually reduce your body fat for good should be one including full body exercises such as these:

- various forms of squats, lunges, clean & presses, dead lifts, swings, snatches, presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.

These types of full body exercises would cover a much higher percentage of the workouts that I would recommend instead of abs exercises directly targeting the midsection. Do note that the way you combine these full body exercises into a strategic workout that maximizes your metabolism is also highly important.

Of course, I would still recommend a certain amount of exercises that directly target the abs and core, but these are only a small fraction of the programs as you should focus on the full body exercises that stimulate the greatest hormonal and metabolic changes within the body. Furthermore, working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises will make you indirectly work your entire midsection even though you are not specifically targeting the abs.

However, the most important factor for losing belly fat to see your abs is actually in the nutrition arena. No matter how hard you workout, if your diet is full of junk, then your abdominals will likely be covered with ugly fat. Therefore, nutrition is surely the "king of getting a six pack".

To sum up, stop wasting so much of your time focusing on situps, crunches, leg raises, and all those silly worthless "ab contraptions" in your efforts to try to develop six pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body lifts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective fat loss workouts. Couple that with a healthy diet full of natural unprocessed whole foods as close to their natural state as possible, and those sexy six-pack abdominals will be yours in no time!

Why You Do Not have Killer Abs or that 6 Pack Abdominal Muscle

Ask any woman what is the most attractive part of a male body and most of the time, they will tell you it's the six pack abs, meaning that your abdominal muscle showing up with beautiful definition. Your abs is considered by many as a sexy muscle and is a symbol of a fit and healthy man. Women are instinctively drawn towards a man brimming with health and fitness because it is a primitive indication that the man is strong enough to protect her and her brood. A rippling six pack abs is one such indication. So is it any wonder that in every gym, you will see men of all ages doing crunches, leg raisers and sit ups religiously in the hope of obtaining the much coveted killer abs? Unfortunately, most men will never get to see their abdominal muscle in its glorious splendor. Why? The following fitness tip will show you why.

You may not like what I am going to give to you straight in the face here. But I will give it to you anyway. So here it goes. Listen up carefully. You may do a zillion crunches a day, then another another million leg raisers , but as long as there is a layer of fat covering your tummy, you will never see your abs because it is covered by the blubber of fat. In fact, your waistline will become bigger because you are adding muscles underneath those fats! So instead of having a slim waistline and showing off your abs, you will have a bigger waistline and thicker love handles. Now get this straight. There is no such thing as spot reduction! Once the fats are off, your abs will show. That I promise you. It is just that simple to display your abs. Lose fats! That's all.

Late night TV commercials or magazines has been telling you that you can have well defined abs by using this gadget or that electronic gizmo. Do you really believe that it is that simple? If it is so, then everyone will have that six pack abs in no time, won't they? Then why isn't that so? Because it just doesn't work that way.

To lose fat effectively and permanently for your abdominal muscles to show, you must include a mildly deficit calorie restriction diet, frequent cardio workouts and strength training with weights to build muscle so as to raise your metabolism in order to lose weight and burn fat naturally. Your weight loss goals will not be achieved effectively or permanently if any one of these three elements is done wrongly or not even incorporated in your slimming program. I repeat the three elements again :-

A mildly caloric deficit diet - A mildly caloric deficit diet to help you lose weight.

Frequent cardio workouts - Frequent cardio workout to exercise your heart and lungs and burn fat at the same time.

Weight Lifting to build muscles - Build muscles to burn fat permanently as muscles use up more calories from your food for energy. Lifting weights will also give you a well toned body and help your abs to show.

Forget about any fad diets or popping slimming pills . These may work initially but in the long run, they are bound to fail.

Now supposing that you are successful in your lose weight lose fat program and have very little fat covering your torso but yet you do not have well defined abs....what happened? You are doing your exercises wrongly or in poor form. More about exercise techniques and form in future articles.

Ace Abs Without Crunches, Cradles, Or Sit-ups!

I know what many of you are thinking reading the title of this article. I also thought the same once. It cannot be done! Attaining a stronger, visible, set of abdominal muscles has always been a common goal in people’s fitness training programmes and yet, paradoxically, many (most) of these people never actually achieve this goal.

Being involved in the fitness industry I see the same problem over and over again. The problem can be spelled out like this.

M-A-C-H-I-N-E-S!

Now, while there is nothing innately wrong with abdominal equipment, it does bring with it a whole host of potential problems. One of the most prominent is that people simply do not use the equipment correctly. Another is that they erroneously believe that somehow the machine will do half the job for them!

A third problem is that to some extent abdominal cradles, and the assortment of similar cradle designs, are essentially lifting your head for you thus eliminating the need for that much effort.

There is a way to work the abdominal region however that requires little movement, but that is highly effective, as the emphasis is purely on you to put in the effort without a machine in sight!

This method involves the use of deep focused breathing whilst squeezing (with varying degrees of intensity) your abdominal muscle. To some it seems too simple and yet, performed daily and with gusto, it is a wonderfully natural and invigorating exercise that promotes tighter abdominals and, as an added bonus, aids in strengthening the internal organs.

Try the basic exercise below each day for the next week and feel the benefits.

1. Stand (or sit) comfortably.

2. Inhale into your belly (not your chest) and feel it expand.

3. Once full with air, being your exhale, and squeeze your abdominals at the same time.

4. Do not rush this exhalation. It should be smooth with no impediments. A good way to perform this exhale is through pursed lips.

5. Repeat at least ten times.

Note – Do not squeeze and try to force the air out while holding the breath. Breathing exercises such as this may be dangerous. Ideally, perform where fresh air is circulating. Having experienced this you should be feeling great! Your abdominals will have been exercised, you will have breathed deeply, and energised yourself in as little as ten breaths!

It is worth saying that you should not utilise one hundred percent muscular contraction in your first attempts at working your midsection this way. It may lead to injury. Instead, focus on incrementally adding tension as you become more proficient at it.

There are many other methods for working the midsection that one can do without machine based, or standard movements, but as a start the above exercise should provide you with food for thought on how one can get a great core workout in without having to wait in line at the gym for the abdominal cradles to be free!

Have at it!
