2 Simple Tips to The Truth About Six Pack Abs

Most of us want 'The Truth About Six Pack Abs'

Why?

Because we desire them! It is the appearance that everyone desperately wants.

A six pack turns heads.

And most of us are doing it all wrong.

Ever since people have been looking for answers to how to get a six pack, there have been hundreds of various ab gadgets, gimmicks, and exercise machines promising desperate potential customers, sexier abdominals in days!

And people are wasting their money away on these so called solutions.

In addition, most people are wasting their time at the gym or at home pumping hundreds of repetitions on all kinds of abdominal specific exercises, such as crunches and sit ups!

Again, most of the abdominal machines and ab-specific exercises are not the best ab workout.

The pursuit of abs goes deeper, it is build from within.

Firstly, the most important truth about six pack abs is, you must lost the stubborn belly fat that is hiding the six pack.

Losing the stomach fat, that is, your excess weight, should be your blueprint to 'six pack' success.

Hence it is crucial you have the right nutrition and diet plan.

Obviously, losing weight does not mean just lose weight at all cost.

Do not make the mistake of choosing the wrong kind of diets or fad diets such as low carb diets as most of the time you will actually lose lean muscle and lower your metabolic rate.

The truth is, you don't want to lose what you may need for those abs.

We are meant to eat a balanced diet full of a diverse array of foods from healthy natural sources of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

This supplies your body all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes that your body needs as a fat-burning machine!

Also, common sense applies here with respect to snacks and junk food.

So lay off the fries, onion rings and soda drinks!

Remember, if your body fat is too high, it doesn't matter how wisely you work your abs, the sexy six pack will not show.

Secondly, and as mentioned earlier, don't waste your time on isolation moves like crunches. Although it is great for developing your muscles, it doesn't burn much fat.

These exercises alone does not have much resistance training and does not cause much of a metabolic or fat burning hormonal response.

Instead focus on high resistance, full body exercises that works on the entire core area of the body, as there have a greater stimulation of the muscle fibers to the abs.

In other words, the best ab exercises are ones that are high in resistance, which will get your repetitions down to a range of 6-15 per set.

Therefore during your training time focus on combinations of high intensity full body, multi joint exercises that work on the largest portions of the body at once. Combining such multi joint exercises in a high intensity super set, tri-set, or in a circuit fashion will offer the biggest fat burning response.

Examples of high resistance exercises that develops the abs to the best extent possible are hanging leg raises, knee raises or lying hip thrusts.

The truth about six pack abs is, losing the extra belly fat is a crucial factor.

Plan to eat right and have a full body workout program that works on the entire core of the body.

Avoid the scams and gimmicks, and focus on the techniques and strategies that will help you lose your stubborn belly fat and keep it off for life.

How To Get 6-Pack Abs Quickly At Home - The Shocking Technique Of The Alphabet

Do you want to use exercise equipment to get 6 pack abs quickly without having to go to the local gyms to do it? Here is some good news for you: you don't need to go anywhere to get those 6 pack abs!

To get your 6 pack abs quickly, one of the most efficient exercises remains the classic abdominal crunch: lie on the floor with your arms across your chest or your hands held firmly and tightly behind your head. Keep your feet on the floor. Tighten your abs and slowly curl your shoulders up off the floor one inch. Curl your shoulders up toward your knees until your shoulder blades come up one to two inches off the floor. Hold the position for 7 seconds and then return to the starting one.

Another very effective exercise is the bicycle: forget doing hundreds of crunches, if you want a flatter belly and defined abs the bicycle is your better choice as it will target both your upper and lower abs. Lie on the floor on your back. Now bring your knees to a 90 angle, place your hands behind your ears and gently move your legs back and forth as if you were riding a bicycle.

My favourite abdominal work out is definitely the alphabet: lie on the floor with your arms stretched and hold tightly something behind your head-a chair or something you can really hold on to-. Stretch your legs as well and keep them straight parallel to the ground. Then, and slowly keeping your legs straight, move them a few inches off the ground. Do the first letter of the alphabet, A, with your legs starting on the left, moving up in an oblique way to get to the top of your A and then moving down. Next move on to B, then, C etc., making sure that you follow the shape of the letter you are up to. This is the fastest way to actually visualize your progress: at the beginning you are going to start with the letter A and slowly make your way through the alphabet! By the time you are able to shape the letter Z with your legs, you will be very close to having six pack abs!

You must always remember that having six pack abs is a matter of having the right balance: if you have excess fat, you can exercise all day long and you will never see those 6 pack abs. That is why it is so important to balance specific abs exercises with appropriate cardio vascular training.

Stationary bikes are one of the most common at-home exercise options. Most people invest in a stationary bike for their exercise routine because it's one of the easiest things to do to stay in shape, and you can ride while watching television or listening to the radio. Because it's not complicated to use, it gives a person satisfaction in knowing that they accomplished their exercise routine for the day. Not only will it tone up you abs but it will help tone other parts of your body as well: it is a very comprehensive exercise.

If you do aerobics for your exercise routine, you should consider using a stepping block in your aerobic program. The step increases your calorie burning and helps tone up your legs and buttocks. The steps can be adjusted to the height you need for your personal fitness program and they're easily stored away in a closet. The more you do it, the more weight you lose and the closer you get to your objective: getting 6 pack abs quickly. There are also more expensive exercise equipment options to choose from. The more popular ones include the treadmill, the rowing machine, stair climber and skiing machines. These are much bigger and aren't moved around very easily.

There are a myriad of exercises you can do at home to help you get 6 pack abs quickly. You don't even need to get out of your place. So just get yourself into the right frame of mind, stop reading and get started now!

How To Get Six Pack Abs? You Are Doing It All Wrong

Almost everyone wants six pack abs as one of their fitness goals. It may seem easy on the surface, as you may hear that all you need is to do ab exercises everyday for X hundred times and your six pack abs should become visible. But after a few months, you realize that your stomach still looks the same, and there are no six pack abs to be seen! Does that sound familiar?

How To Get Six Pack Abs: The Myth

Ab exercises alone are not enough if you want to remove your stomach fat and see your abs. It is almost impossible to lose too much fat by simply working the muscles in your abdominals, since it is a very small muscle group. In order to lose stomach fat, you'll actually have to lower the overall fat percentage in your body while maintaining the muscle in your body.

Tip #1

In order to flatten your abs and see your six pack abs, the most important aspect is still your diet. The type of food you eat and the frequency of eating are both very important. When you eat often, you maintain the metabolic rate in your body, which in turn will burn fat provided you have enough lean muscle. By increasing the frequency of your meals, you must also be careful to limit the amount of food you eat per meal, since your only objective is to keep your metabolism up, but you do not want your body storing fat away in your body. Drinking green tea also promotes fat loss.

Tip #2

Changing your diet alone will not get you your abs. It is also important workout to build up the lean muscle in your body. Contrary to popular belief, doing cardio for too much or too long actually does not do much in helping you achieve your six pack abs. Doing cardio for long hours will only maintain the high metabolism in your body for 1 to 2 hours after your workout, after which your body will return to its normal metabolic rate. To maintain high metabolism throughout the day it is actually more important to work on your lean muscles, since these are the tools in your body that promote fat loss and burn body fat away.

Tip #3

Finally, the amount of work you need to put in will also depend on your genetics. Some of us are luckier, and our bodies will lose more fats from our stomach when our body fat percentage decreases, while others might lose them slower. Men generally have their excess fats stored in their stomachs while women have their fats stored in their thighs. Despite all the possible obstacles, getting your six pack abs is still very realistic and easy if you have the correct diet, training program, and determination. Even people with very slow metabolic rate have succeeded in getting their six pack abs, so why not give yourself the chance to have a great body today?
