Nowadays, majority of peoples are impatient and want results immediately. They want to get off easily and therefore they fall on different scams found on magazines and watching from television.

Some people doesn't want to have a huge muscles, but almost everyone wants to have an attractive six pack abs. But unfortunately, for many of us, it could be very challenging and too complicated to achieve, yet you have to spend a substantial amount of time and energy while still figuring, what if something goes wrong..

There are too much so called solutions, how to get ripped abs fast, one that you probably seen on TV commercials and other you may have seen, is the ridiculous workout programs bunched with dozens of ab exercises and hundreds of reps each. Many have tried this without any results not to mention of terrible lower back pain.

You may have searched the best way to get six pack..

1. Burn the fat around the waist through well planned diet

Nutrition plays an important role when you want to get your abs visible and ripped. You need to burn more calories than you eat through an effective cardiovascular training and diet. It would be impossible to reduce fat from the stomach area only.

Increase the protein consumption. At the same time, as you increase your cardiovascular exercise, you will become a highly active person and in that regard you have to follow a diet, where the protein demand is at lest 1g per pound of body weight. For example, if you weight 180 lbs. The amount of protein would be then 120g per day.

An ideal foods to your low calorie diet would be the foods that are low in calories for example egg whites, cottage cheese, bananas, brown rice, full grain bread, turkey breast, pineapple, vegetables etc.. Chips and hamburgers will only increase the fat cells around your waist. Once a week, you can favour yourself by eating whatever you want.

Eat smaller meals approximately 5-6 meals per day, instead of three big meals. Stop eating carbohydrates or solid food about three hours before sleep. You can take some slowly absrobed protein, like milk casein and before you go to sleep.

2. Develop the hard rock solid six pack abs through the exercises

You will build the actual six pack abs through exercises. The truth is that, an individually planned ab workout combined with cardio exercise and low-calorie diet, will bring you the best results. You will not only shape your abs, but you will strengthen the abdominal muscles and make them stronger that have an positive effect to your movability and posture.

Instead of doing hundreds reps of sit ups, you will need only three exercises, total of 9-12 sets, hitting abs 2-3 per week. Surprised? This will be a relevant workout to your abdominal muscles to help you to get great abs fast! If you hit the abs every day, you'll risk to overtrain your abdominal muscles. I hit my abs hard only twice a week and the results are amazing!

Keep the rest periods short, approximately 1 min between each sets. That way you will keep the workout short and intense and you will burn fat much easier. Each exercises should be performed smoothly and controlled by keeping the tension in abs. Jerky movements will only tease your lower back and at it's worst leads to an injury.

You will need exercises, that will develop the upper and lower section of abdominals and obliques as well. My favourite ab exercises are decline sit-ups (straight and twisted), leg raises and crunch. These are the exercises, you'll need to build the great and ripped abs.

Cardio exercises three days a week, 45min per session combined with strength training, will help you to burn fat much faster and will help you to burn the extra calories.

3. Track your results

Tracking your progress is very important if you want to get real results. This may feels like a daunting and strenuous progress, but you have to know your progress, how does it work, how fast it work and last, does it work at all. There are few simple steps, how to track your results.

- First, write a reasonable goal. Divide it to short term goal and long term goal.
- Take a "before" picture of yourself. Next you will control your development from mirror. Take another picture.
- Measure your weight every other day. Write everything down.
- Write down your workouts including date, exercises, sets and reps.
- Measure your fat percentage. I recommend using fat calibers. They will give you the most accurate results.
- Track your calorie consumption and keep diary of your foods.

A clearly visible ripped abs are possible only if you burn more fat than you consume. This seems to be a problem for most of us! Basic exercises, like squad and deadlift are the best exercises that help you to burn fat. Training your abs will become necessary only when you want to shape or develop the abdominal muscles! Ab exercises are not the main priority to burn fat from the mid section!

If you are tired of wasting your hard earned money to "magic" pills and useless fat-loss products, stop confusing yourself and learn the truth of how to get great abs quickly with tips that solve all the belly fat problems that you have come across.

Losing Stomach Fat And Get Six Pack Abs The Right Way

Losing stomach fat can be a challenge. The truth is you are going to have to make some sacrifices. You will need to exercise. You will also need to watch what you eat. This in actual fact is critical. However with that said each components success is somewhat dependent on the other.

In truth some exercises will not reduce stomach fat as much as you think. Doing lots of sit ups for example will not in itself help you to lose flab around the stomach. So as mentioned above we must prioritize our goals. The first goal is to get rid of fat. You will not be able to see those wonderful muscles if you have stomach fat.

So we will need to focus on cardio and diet. This will go hand in hand in your objective to lose that stubborn fat. Now what I do is this. I do not work out for long durations on one machine. I like variety. So I work out for short intervals on a number of machines. During these intervals I increase the intensity. Then I take a rest and move on to the next machine. So the key here is to focus on intensity, short bursts of intense workouts.

You also want to work the body as a whole. Don't think that if you focus on one area of your body to lose fat that this will happen. I think this is where many people get disappointed. The goal here is to increase your metabolic rate. Again the goal is to get rid of fat. I may be repeating my self but you must understand the nature of the problem, and that is excessive fat in certain areas of your body.

So the points to be noted here are this. You need overall fat loss. The factors involved in achieving this are as follows. Intense short workouts, with small breaks in between. Working on cardio to increase your metabolic rate hence burning calories. Treating your body as a whole, not trying to lose fat in parts. Then remember you need regular consistent exercise..

How To Get Nice Abs Fast

Getting a nice set of abs is not so hard. The abdominals are a large muscle group that respond very effectively to stimulation in most people. Care must be taken with the abs and approaching it intelligently is vital. If you build this muscle group without paying close attention to presentation, you can actually end up with a large over sized mid rift for all your work. Proportion and presentation is the key.

Building large shoulders or arms requires lots of work, however the abdominals respond easy. Most people get the two confused. They endeavor to work their abs really hard, often they have a thick layer of fat covering their abdominals so it becomes difficult to see the results of their work. So they work even harder. This is important...when you build bigger abdominals and you have a layer of fat across them, you will actually make your mid section look bigger not smaller! The larger muscles of the abdominals pushes out the thick layer of skin to make an even larger mid section.

The key to a nice set of abs is reducing the over all body fat percentage. You are not really trying to make your abs massive like you do for the shoulders and arms if you are a guy. The abs are a center piece, to a nice muscular body. They are the focal point on a good looking muscular body. But here is the confusion. They are a focal point because they are small. Not because they are big in proportion to the shoulders, pecs and arms.

It's a strange contradiction that most people fail to recognize. The logic goes, if I am working my abs, I must make them grow bigger. But the truth is you are not. You are putting in effort to make the mid section as SMALL as possible compared to you upper body. In this way you get the attractive V shape.

Working the ab muscles mildly and lowering your body fat percentage is the key.

Over 40? Reduce Belly Fat And Get 6 Pack Abs

This is not a story of 'washboard' abs. Rather suggestions on ways to achieve great looking abs - firm, maybe even rippled and most importantly well-toned abs - and a trim waistline. All those are achievable, but beware accepting any myths about flat stomachs and spot reduction around the waist. False promises about reducing belly fat are abundant!

First some basics. When you are exercising, you are consuming energy measured in calories. When you consume enough to deplete the available energy, and enough to reduce the sugars that convert easily, the body goes after stored energy. That stored energy is largely in the form of fat deposits in adipose tissue.

That process however takes place non-selectively. It's not your choice which fat deposits the body converts. That would be way too convenient! This means, you can't achieve 'spot reduction' by working on your abs. The effect is still doable, but doing abdominal exercises alone will not target that fat.

By focusing your workout on the abs, you are building strength in that area. This is done by by increasing the muscle mass in those muscles. That's beneficial for a number of reasons:

- It provides for a firm, strong layer of muscle

- This muscle helps keep the stomach and other internal organs well inside the plane defined by your hips.

- You can achieve a reduction in belly fat

- You get a nice lean, trim, flat look...and maybe the start of those 6 pack abs!

The is an additional benefit to abdominal workouts. As the abdominals are proportionately larger muscles, they consume a proportionately larger percentage of energy than, say, your jaw muscles. That means that as you work them, they have to be supplied with more energy to move through the range of the exercise. The benefit is that working this muscle group burns many calories, resulting in weight loss and fat reduction.

Sadly no shortcuts exist. There are no gadgets, supplements or drugs currently on the market that will accomplish this task safely and effectively as a substitute. Real, lasting results are only achieved through proper diet and regular, moderate to heavy exercise. There's no shortcut to a trim waist, at least not yet.

Not to add insult to injury but the effects are also limited by genetics and age. Some folks store more fat around the middle (belly) more readily than others. Gender - read men - obviously makes a difference as well.

Often women in their 40's will naturally develop a pouch in the lower abdomen. This is frequently a result of hormonal changes. Men frequently will naturally develop 'love handles' at the side, since they store fat in adipose tissue there more readily in their 40s than they did in their 20s.

The desired effect is only achieved by working out and approaching muscle fatigue. Performing one hundred crunches will not accomplish that. When performed correctly, 20 proper reps is enough. You don't even have to go to the gym. You can do pelvic tilts while sitting in a chair in the office.

For best effect, warm up by running or briskly walking for 15 minutes and try the following exercise:

Lie on your back, with your knees raised and cross your arms across your chest. Then lift your shoulders off the floor and hold for 30 seconds. You can feel the effect on your abs already. To make the exercise more difficult, put your hands at the side of your head. Don't use your hands to lift your head, just keep them still. For maximum effort, put your hands above your head, then perform the same shoulder lift and hold, focusing on the abs.

This is just one of many exercises designed to get rid of this over 40 belly fat. While wash board six pack abs might not be in reach, a leaner, fitter you certainly is.
